This house was a rental property renovation. It was a complete down to the studs remodel, including new roof, insulation, electric, plumbing, flooring, baths, kitchen, paint, drywall, insulation, HVAC, doors, windows, and general construction. The kitchen and adjacent bathroom floor joists were severely water damaged and caving in and required new floor joists and sub floor. A car had hit the side of a room requiring rebuilding the wall and sheathing. Upon our suggestion, a fourth bedroom was created upstairs by adding a door, wall, and closets. This in turn increased the clients rental amount and future sales price. The house was opened up to make it wheelchair accessible. The project had a strict 8 week timeline which was met for a rental property.
