Creekview Drive Project

The goal of this project was to replace water damaged flooring, build a new island with bar top seating, install subway tile backsplashes, and new bar lighting, plus painting all base trim. Challenges in the project included the 18” overhang on the bar top which required substantial support on the pony wall to handle it. Wall was constructed and fastened directly to floor joists along with heavy duty brackets to support granite. Client required a tight timeline with completion by Christmas. Overall a great outcome and completed on time due to our Kitchen remodel experience.
