This house was a foreclosure purchase and a rental property investment renovation. It was generally a cosmetic renovation including new paint, carpet, bathrooms, kitchen cabinet refresh, new appliances and countertops and new deck. There was severe water damage in one corner of the structure due to insufficient moister barrier. Wall was rebuilt and new siding and paint to match existing.
